At Alto Business Solutions LLC, we strive to provide high-quality services. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

No Refunds

Payments for services, consultations, strategy calls, digital products, or custom work are non-refundable once services have been rendered or access has been provided.

Missed or Canceled Calls

Failure to attend a scheduled call without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the session without refund. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested in advance.

Exceptions

Any exceptions to this policy must be explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to purchase.
